SIGEP – the biggest international exhibition dedicated to gelato

From Saturday 17 to Wednesday, January 21, 2015 Rimini Fiera is organizing the 36th edition of SIGEP.

SIGEP is the international exhibition dedicated to gelato, and bakery trades that awaits 175,000 professionals from around the world.

The event is a leader in the world for gelato shop and among the earliest in the other sectors, and is complemented by the strong presence of contiguous sectors as that of coffee, an increasingly important role with its international events.

Fresh from a record edition last January, Rimini Fiera confirms the performance in contemporary RHEX Catering (Rimini Horeca Expo), fair dedicated to the trends of food outside the home, in addition to the biennial ABTECH EXPO, exhibition that brings together under one ‘roof exhibition ‘around the bakery industry, the high quality of craftsmanship innovative technology that makes possible the industrial production of absolute quality.

The days of Rimini Fiera thus become the only opportunity in the world to be completely chains of gelato and artisan confectionery, a platform that attracts international operators and investors outside the sector.

Extraordinary participation of enterprises, more than a thousand to occupy the full fairgrounds, ‘sold out’ for the available space already two months before the event.

Among the major events expected to report SIGEP Gelato d’Oro, with selections of the Italian team for the World Cup of 2016 and the Gelato Pastry Events (IAAF World Junior Championships and national pastry), with their respective arenas dedicated to the performance of great Masters International.
